Inside Sales Representative

Concrete Driveway Co is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our sales team in our Greenville Headquarters office. The inside sales representative will be responsible for managing our current national customer pipeline, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth closing sales process. You should be able to aggressively meet sales targets in a fast-moving and team centered environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the National CRM Database of past and current deals.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on internal leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

We’d be thrilled if you have:

• College Degree or 1-2 years relative experience
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a closing sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hubspot.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and follow up skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
