Outside Sales Manager

Concrete Driveway Co is looking for self-motivated and driven Outside Sales Managers to join our team! As an Outside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth, serving our customer base, and achieving financial success. The ideal candidate should be hungry, humble, and honest, with a passion for sales.

What you can expect:

• Compete at each phase of the sales process, from pre-qualified estimates to closed deals.
• Manage an organized pipeline of deals in the sales cycle accurately in CRM.
• Travel within the designated territory to meet pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled times throughout the day.
• Communicate honest and transparent expectations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Estimate and provide professional quotes to homeowners.
• Follow up with homeowners post-estimate to close sales.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure sold jobs are ready for execution.

?????We’d be thrilled if you:

• Have 1-2 years closing sales experience (required)
• Have B2C experience (preferred)
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• High attention to detail and knowledge retention ability.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
