Concrete Driveway Co is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Development Representative to assist the company in expanding its customer base. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities for individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, along with a drive to succeed. The Sales Development Representative will also play a crucial role in managing lead processing, thus a strong work ethic and appreciation for a sense of urgency is required to be successful.

What you'll be doing:

• Initiating contact with potential customers through outbound calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
• Establishing relationships with customers to identify their needs and qualify their interests.
• Guiding promising leads through the marketing funnel, linking them to sales personnel, and scheduling estimates.
• Following up with prospective customers who have shown interest but not yet engaged with a representative.
• Collaborating with sales managers to ensure the achievement of company goals and targets.

We'd be thrilled if you have:

• 1-2 years in customer service or similar role.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
