Concrete Driveway Co is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Development Representative to assist the company in expanding its customer base. This position offers growth opportunities for individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, along with a drive to succeed. The Sales Development Representative will also play a crucial role in managing lead processing, thus a strong work ethic and appreciation for a sense of urgency is required to be successful.

What you'll be doing:

• Initiating contact with potential customers through outbound calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
• Establishing relationships with customers to identify their needs and qualify their interests.
• Guiding promising leads through the marketing funnel, linking them to sales personnel, and scheduling estimates.
• Following up with prospective customers who have shown interest but not yet engaged with a representative.

We'd be thrilled if you have:

• 1-2 years in an Inside Sales position
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
